I have type 2 diabetes and reently have been told that there is change in the back of my eyes, although a part of my eyes that doesnt greatly effect my vision. I also had a horrible black bruise on my toe which led me attending the Pediatrist at the hospital. It has taken 3 months of wearing a dressing on my toe and initially using anti-biotics, i am worried.

my blood results from the lab are reported as “excellent” I don’t understand this because when I test my blood I am getting results from 12 – 18.

What I want to know is what can I do with regard to what I eat and what to avoid eating to bring my sugar level under control?
